FLEXIBLE INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINERS (FIBC) Charbhuja Derivatives produces high quality FIBC bags. We strive to provide customers with full product specifications so that customers can fully understand our offerings. Please view the following subsections for details on individual components of the bags. FABRIC Fabric for FIBC bags can be made with or without UV treatment as per customer's option. All fabrics are made via circular weaving. Customers can choose from fabric thicknesses ranging from 140 g/m² to 200 g/m², and denier from 1,200 to 1,500. TOP AND BOTTOM CONSTRUCTION Charbhuja Derivatives FIBC bags can be made with or without a top skirt. Charbhuja Derivatives FIBC bags can be made with or without a filling spout. Charbhuja Derivatives FIBC bags can be made with a flat bottom or with a discharge spout. STITCHING Charbhuja Derivatives FIBC bags are made with overlock stitching at the four bag corners and a chain stitch at the top and bottom. SIZING Charbhuja Derivatives FIBC bags can be made to any dimensions that customers desire. The safety factor of FIBCs which are produced by Charbhuja Derivatives ranges from 5.1 to 6.1. LIFT LOOPS Charbhuja Derivatives FIBC bags are made with four lift loops. PLASTIC COLORING Charbhuja Derivatives can provide FIBC bags with a variety of colors. LAMINATION Charbhuja Derivatives FIBC bags can be produced with or without a UV resistant laminate. Charbhuja Derivatives produces laminates with thickness ranging from 20 gram/m2 to 40 gram/m2 and width from 35cm to 125cm. PRINTING Charbhuja Derivatives can print bags on one or two sides. FIBC bags can be printed in 7 colors/2 sides (1 side 3 colors and the other 4 colors). Maximum printing area is 60 cm by 80 cm. Please note that the minimum quantity for printed bags is 10,000 pieces (though we can print fewer bags for an additional fee).
